Day 36

Sunday.

A nice lay in on our day off was on the cards for this sunny bajan Sunday!

Our day evolved around hitting the beach and chilling, once again meeting up with the boys.

We asked them if they would like to come down to St Peter and check out Mullins beach, which of course they accepted and met us down there!

Evan and I jumped on the jet ski's not long after getting there and went out to sea for about 20 mins! Taking turns on the Jet Ski! I was 100x more confident on the jet ski this time seeing as I'd already been on it before.. Which kind of had it's disadvantages! There was one moment where I did a really fast sharp turn and Evan and I went flying off the jet ski straight into the water! It was quite a shock but we just came back to sea level with a big burst of laughter and eagerness to go even faster! That's how our brains work I'm afraid! Our man "Fabulous" sorted us out with 50 dollars for 20 minutes. Which is the cheapest on the island from what we've been offered! 20 minutes is plenty though I think because essentially you're only going up and down parallel to the beach with quite calm waters!

We had an idea of what we could do that evening to entertain ourselves! A poker night!! And that's exactly what we did. We both parted ways and met up later that evening and cracked on with our make shift chips and make shift poker table! We played for real money though! Ten dollars each. (£3.33 approx). So the winner would get 40 dollars, which would cover their entrance for tomorrow's plans of going to boatyard!

Evan was knocked out first surprisingly, considering he plays poker quite a bit! I was knocked out second and the winner eventually was Shaz, followed by Evan! Shaz run away with it after a big hand and her craftiness served her well! Well played Shaz!!

We're crashing at Evan and Aran's place tonight, I'm writing this blog whilst waiting to nod off on the sofa!

Another pretty good day! Done a lot this weekend! Bank Holiday tomorrow!
